Well, not everyone knows that frequent and aggressive washing can alter the production of sebum. With those you produce more fat to compensate for its loss and ensure protection and hydration: therefore, the more you wash, the more you need to wash and the skin is affected.

It is absolutely useful, in fact, to cleanse every day, especially in the areas of the folds (genitals, armpits and neck), even without having done demanding physical activity, as well as at the feet, but what are the secrets to take a daily shower friend of the skin and the environment?

Hot water yes or no?
Although very relaxing, a hot shower can reduce the moisture of the skin, depriving it of its natural lubricants, is not at all indicated for those with sensitive skin, because it can trigger irritation and itching. A lukewarm shower is better.
